these beauties are part of my shopping spree weeks ago - remember, the three pairs for $600, two-day, online, shopping spree?  anyway, it took me 45 minutes of constantly refreshing my computer screen to get these babies.  they were originally over $600 and were marked down to $99 (sergio rossi is the brand) and basically, within 4 minutes of announcing these shoes as the “deal of the day”, hautelook was out of all colors in all sizes!  hence the 45 minutes of refreshing / hoping someone would decide not to get a pair and take it out of their dang online “cart.”  that’s how i ended up with this sweet-ass magenta pair i never knew i wanted!  but they’re gorgeous and now i know what it feels like to wear a $600 pair of shoes!  phew.
anyway, because i got such a good deal on these shoes (in september) i felt much better about my recent purchases today at nordstrom rack. sure, i was supposed to be on a very strict budget until november (because of said shoe-shopping spree) but honestly, who doesn’t need a pair of green wedge boots (franco sarto), a striped / flowy shirt and a down (michael kors) vest?!  all for $200.
bravo, self, on finding such amazing deals and justifying them to yourself, bravo!
